Mark and Cindy Borden are the owners of CMBLearning. Their background is emergency services and on-site instruction — EMS response, ambulance leadership, squad operations, and AHA teaching — extended into a B2B company focused on American Heart Association CPR, First Aid, AED, and BLS, with EMR available by quote.
CMBLearning continues the on-site emergency education they built for organizations across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The mission is simple: credentialed training at your facility so crews stay on the floor, schools stay ready for the year ahead, and Safety/HR have a reliable partner for recurring compliance.

Captain at Mansfield Ambulance since 2004 — still active in EMS and instruction. Owner of CMB Emergency Training Education since Dec 2019, bringing on-site emergency education (including EMR) to workplaces across New Jersey. With Cindy, founded CMB for organizations across NJ and PA.

AHA First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor. Former NJ EMT and Firefighter Level 1 (NJ DFS). Spent years leading as Chief/COO of Beverly-Edgewater Park Emergency Squad (2000–2012), with clinical time in ED, trauma, and ambulatory settings. Co-Owner of CMB Emergency Training Education since 2020.
